VINNA

The word VINNA comes from the Old Norse language, which is the language of the Vikings.  This word has special meaning because it carries multiple meanings that are inseparable - to work hard, and to be victorious.  To be the best and win, you have to put in the hard work.  VINNA's goal is to help each person we come in contact with be victorious in whatever goal they are pursuing, whether it be to win at their sport, become healthier, or overcome an injury.

Team VINNA is a mixture of sports medicine and rehab professionals, strength & conditioning coaches, and sports scientists, bringing a multi-specialty approach to athlete training.  This high performance model takes into account several factors when designing and implementing programs to improve performance.  Our approach with each organization we serve is custom tailored to the specific needs of the program.  We consider all aspects of performance.  Not just limited to strength training, but also considering overall health, injury prevention, nutrition, and recovery.
