SPEED & ACCELERATION

Our coaches break down running form to teach athletes how to accelerate faster and achieve a higher top end speed, empowering the athlete to beat their opponent to the ball.

AGILITY

Just as important as acceleration is the athlete's ability to slow down, stop, change direction, and react to stimuli.  Soccer is a constant game of changing direction and responding.

STRENGTH

Strength doesn't just happen.  It has to be trained.  Strength influences how fast we run, how high we jump, and how far and how hard we kick the ball.

Most non-contact injuries occur because of poor mechanics, and fatigue, which alters proper mechanics and prevents the athlete from moving efficiently, leading to both acute and chronic injuries.  

Proper movement patterns must be trained, not only to help the athlete move faster and with greater power, but also to decrease the risk of injuries.

Strength training reduces the athlete's risk of suffering an ACL tear.

Strength training reduces the athlete's risk of sprains, strains, and overuse injuries. 

The athlete loses strength throughout the season if strength training isn't performed.
