In-person private training isn't always feasible or needed for training.  Sometimes all you need is guidance for what to do in the gym or at home, taking into account the unique training needs of your sport, your position, and your seasonal calendar.

Our mobile programming starts with us gathering information about you and your needs so we can start programming out exactly what you need - month by month.  As part of this interview, we'll find out what equipment you have access to and design your program.  We'll even make suggestions on some minimal equipment that would benefit you.  

​

We'll then deliver your program through an app that gives you exactly what you're doing every day.  You have the ability to communicate with your strength & conditioning coach directly through the app to ask questions.  You can even send them videos of you performing an exercise to ask for guidance on form. 

General Fitness

What are your fitness goals?  Do you want to lose weight, get toned, build muscle, or improve cardiovascular health?  Whether you want to work out in your living room, at a home gym, or at the gym you already have a membership to, we're here for you.

 

Starting with a personal trainer can be intimidating and expensive, but you also need some direction on what to do so your at-home equipment isn't just sitting in the closet or your gym membership isn't going unused.

Our process starts with interviewing you to learn more about your needs and what equipment you have access to, and we'll get to work designing your program for you and deliver it to your phone, complete with videos and descriptions of the exercises.  

​

As you work through your program, you'll have access to communicating with your coach to talk through issues and get guidance.  You can even send them videos of your form for help.

Post Rehab

After being released from physical therapy, patients are often fearful of what they are able to do without causing re-injury, or they are ready to move past their home exercise program that was given to them by their physical therapist.  In some cases, maybe they weren't even given a home exercise program.  

​

Our team of Physical Therapists and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists will work together to design a program that is safe and effective for pushing you to improve your strength and overall health, while keeping your injury history in mind.  Then if you have any problems along the way, you can reach out to your coach and they will make the necessary modifications to your program so you can be confident in what you can do and how to do it.
